Administrator:
The
Fund has engaged Kingsway Taitz Fund Administration (KTFA)to provide
certain
financial, accounting and administrative services to the Fund. The
Administrator provides, subject to the overall direction of the Fund’s
Directors, administrative services, registrar and transfer agent.

is a boutique fund administrator. With offices in Australia,
Europe and
the USA, KTFA specialises in administering onshore and offshore
wholesale
investment funds managed by some of today's top managers. KTFA is a
Recognised
Fund Administrator by the Bermuda Monetary Authority.

of high quality fund administration services for fund managers and
their
investors and cureently has 1.6 billion assets under administration

GOLDMAN SACHS
INTERNATIONAL
Custodian,
Executing and Clearing Broker:
Goldman
Sachs International (the “GSI”) has been
appointed as a custodian, executing and clearing broker to ALT-FX SPC –
Austrian
Method Fund (Segregated Portfolio) No.1 (the “Fund”) with respect to
exchange
traded derivatives pursuant to exchange traded derivatives account
opening
documentation. GSI is regulated in the conduct of its investment
business by
the Financial Services Authority of the United Kingdom. In such
capacity, GSI will
execute purchase and sale orders for the Fund for the account of the
Portfolio,
and clear and settle such orders and orders executed by other brokers.
In
addition, GSI may enter into off-exchange contracts with the Fund as
principal and
may also provide the Fund with financing lines and short selling
facilities if
agreed between the parties.
As custodian, GSI will be responsible for the safekeeping of all the
investments and other assets of the Fund attributable to the Portfolio
delivered to it other than those transferred to GSI as collateral or
margin
(the “Custody Assets”). GSI will identify, record and hold the Custody
Assets
in such a manner that the identity and location thereof can be
identified at
any time and so that the Custody Assets shall be readily identifiable
as
property belonging to, and held for the benefit of, the Fund for the
account of
the Portfolio and as separate from any of GSI’s own property or the
property
attributable to any other Segregated Portfolio.

The Auditors:
Ernst
& Young has been appointed to act as auditors to the Fund.
