Administrator and Cash
Custodian:
The Fund has engaged HSBC Securities Services - Alternative Fund
Services to provide certain financial, accounting, administrative
and custodian services to the Fund. The Administrator provides,
subject to the overall direction of the Fund’s Directors,
administrative services, registrar and transfer agent services and
acts as cash custodian.
Formerly the Global Fund Services division within Bank of Bermuda,
Alternative Fund Services (AFS) is a business unit of HSBC
Securities Services, part of the Corporate, Investment Banking and
Markets division of HSBC. AFS has been offering dedicated
alternative fund administration services for over 40 years. With
dedicated servicing centres in 14 locations worldwide, AFS is able
to service clients in 76 countries through HSBC’s global presence.
Total Assets under Administration is currently US$186.0 billion.
HSBC is one of the largest banking and financial services
organisations in the world. HSBC's international network comprises
over 9,800 offices in 77 countries and territories in Europe, the
Asia-Pacific region, the Americas, the Middle East and Africa.

Prime Broker and Custodian:
Goldman Sachs International (the “Prime Broker”) has been appointed
as a Prime Broker and Custodian to the Fund for the account of the
Portfolio pursuant to a prime brokerage agreement and a number of
product specific supplemental documents (together “the Prime
Brokerage Agreement”). The Prime Broker is regulated in the conduct
of its investment business by the Financial Services Authority ("FSA")
of the United Kingdom. In its capacity as Prime Broker, the Prime
Broker will execute purchase and sale orders for the Fund for the
account of the Portfolio, and clear and settle such orders and
orders executed by other brokers. In addition, the Prime Broker may
enter into off-exchange contracts with the Fund as principal. The
Prime Broker will also provide the Fund with financing lines and
short selling facilities.
As Custodian, the Prime Broker will be responsible for the
safekeeping of all the investments and other assets of the Fund
attributable to the Portfolio delivered to it other than those
transferred to the Prime Broker as collateral or margin (the
“Custody Assets”). The Prime Broker will identify, record and hold
the Custody Assets in such a manner that the identity and location
thereof can be identified at any time and so that the Custody Assets
shall be readily identifiable as property belonging to, and held for
the benefit of, the Fund for the account of the Portfolio and as
separate from any of the Prime Broker’s own property or the property
attributable to any other Segregated Portfolio.

The Auditors:
Ernst & Young has been appointed to act as auditors to the Fund.
