Investments Commission. We are authorised to operate managed
investment schemes, to advise wholesale clients and transact on
their behalf and operate a hedge fund.
Aligned with industry standards, the
ALT-FX fund is domiciled in the
Cayman Islands. USD shares are the primary investment class for our
members. There is substantial director and board personal investment
in the hedge fund. Likewise, all founders hold an equity stake in
the alternative Investment management company. We have proven a
unique investment model. It is structured to attract the world’s
largest Financial Institutional Investors and manage over a billion
dollars in assets.
All of the fund’s operational,
fiduciary and accounting functions are out-sourced to industry
